In this year the 21st CARPATHIAN MEDITOP CUP was held in Hajdúnánás, between 3-4 February 2024.
This International Women’s Handball Tournament has been a passion for MEDITOP for 21 years, as it brings together Hungarians from across the border and beyond through sport.

MEDITOP Pharmaceutical Ltd. has been a committed supporter of the Ikarus Athletics BSE athletes since 2004. The association currently has 400 athletes training under the guidance of 19 coaches.
This weekend, the 128th Hungarian Championships were held in the new National Athletics Centre as a dress rehearsal for the World Championships. At the event, which was broadcast live on the Hungarian Television website, the Ikarus division once again achieved great success after the Váltó OB, as the statistics show that Ikarus won the most medals, nine in all, in a close race with the FTC!
V. B52 JAZZFEST, PILISBOROSJENŐ
This year on 3 June, the B52 Jazzfest was held for the fifth time in Pilisborosjenő. The event took place in the familiar and well-established location at 52 Budai út, in the courtyard of the Mandelbrot bakery.
MEDITOP SPECIAL PRIZE WINNERS OF THE MEDITOP MEDICINE FORUM 2022
The Medicina Forum Yearbook Awards, founded by health journalist Erzsébet Tóth Nógrádi, were presented on 17 November. The book, now in its 10th edition, was presented at a gala event in Budapest. At the gala, 12 awards for excellence were presented to professionals in various fields of healthcare.

XIXTH CARPATHIAN-MEDITOP INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S HANDBALL TOURNAMENT
The event was created with the aim of fostering contact with Hungarians living across the border, but within the historical borders. Sport is an excellent tool for this. The teams from Upland, Transylvania, Vojvodina and the mainland who take to the pitch here make good use of the energy of being together to assess their skills, while promoting the joy of sport and community involvement. A healthy nation is a prerequisite for a successful nation. Sport contributes to a happier and more balanced life. When you have a team, you have a community… In a team, we are part of a functioning, moving structure that moves together, and that feeling is worth more than anything else.
Outstanding Young Pharmacist and Pharmacy PhD Student Award
The Outstanding Young Pharmacist, 2021 award, supported by MEDITOP Pharmaceutical Ltd., was won by Dr. Márió Gajdács, who received her pharmacy degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Szeged in 2016 and her PhD degree in 2019.
JOINING FORCES TO HELP DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE
The Hungarian Chamber of Pharmacists, Viridis Pharma and MEDITOP Pharmaceutical Ltd. donated 3 420 000 HUF worth of ComVIT Complex Vitamin film tablets to the Symphonia Foundation. The foundation provides free music education to 1,800 disadvantaged young people to promote equal opportunities.
MEDITOP DONATES TO THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE ECUMENICAL AID ORGANISATION
On the initiative of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology and with the professional support of the Hungarian Chamber of Pharmacists, MEDITOP Pharmaceutical Ltd. has developed its Co-VIT multivitamin food supplement film tablet.The manufacturer donated 400 boxes of the new food supplement to the Ecumenical Aid Organisation to help the charity’s frontline staff and the residents of the old people’s home run by the organisation. The recently launched vitamin supplement is doubly beneficial: the manufacturer supports the work of the charity for every can sold.

At the gala dinner of the “Medicina Forum – Conference of Healthcare”, held on 8-9 October 2019, the “Outstanding Young Pharmacist” award, sponsored by MEDITOP Pharmaceutical Ltd. and founded by the Medicina Forum, was presented.

As a strategic partner of the Ecumenical Relief Organisation, MEDITOP Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is continuously involved in the work of the relief organisation. Not only with money, when needed, we also participate in their programs with volunteer work. This December we distributed food to the needy in Csepel on two occasions.
